From January 9 to 27, 2023, Ujima members voted on our investment ballot for Kush Groove Clothing. We successfully reached quorum on the 2023 Kush Groove Investment Ballot on Thursday January 27, 2023. Members overwhelmingly approved a $200,000 loan over 4 years. Overall, 57.2% of the electorate participated in this vote.
In August 2022, after being named as a business loved by members, Kush Groove joined Ujima’s Good Business Alliance, a network of community-based businesses that are eligible for investment from the Ujima Fund and other supportive programs.
